How much does it cost?
The membership is $49 AUD per month plus GST ($53.90 total), billed automatically. There is a minimum 6-month term, after which it continues month to month and can be cancelled anytime.
When does the Annual Home maintenance Inspection happen?
We schedule your first inspection within 30 days of joining, then every 12 months after that. You can also request it earlier if you have concerns.
Does the 3% benefit apply to all services?
Yes, it applies to all labour and repair work booked through the membership portal, including renovations, roofing, repairs and makesafe.
Is there a minimum term?
Memberships have a minimum 6-month term. After your first 6 months you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is GST included in the $49?
No — the $49/month price is plus GST. Australian GST is added at checkout, so the total charged is $53.90 per month, itemised on your invoice.
